TL;DR
Head of GTM Systems (AI): Defining and executing the strategy, architecture, and operations for hirify.global's Go-To-Market technology ecosystem with an accent on CRM, CPQ, and public company reporting standards. Focus on building and scaling systems infrastructure to support multi-billion dollar revenue and ensure compliance.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA. Expectation to be in the office at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available.

What you will do
- Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for GTM systems, including CRM and CPQ platforms.
- Own Salesforce platform strategy and architecture to support complex enterprise sales and consumption-based pricing.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk on billing, order management, and revenue recognition workflows.
- Establish systems and controls for public company reporting, including SOX-readiness.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of GTM systems professionals.
- Leverage AI and automation to enhance system capabilities and unlock productivity gains.
Requirements
- 15+ years in GTM systems, revenue operations, or business systems, with 7+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience building and scaling GTM systems infrastructure at organizations with $1B+ in annual revenue.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including enterprise-scale implementations.
- Hands-on experience partnering on quote-to-cash processes (billing, order management, revenue recognition).
- Direct experience supporting public company reporting, SOX compliance, and audit readiness for GTM systems.
- Strong people leadership skills and experience building teams in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
Nice to have
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-based revenue models.
- Familiarity with modern revenue tech stacks (e.g., Stripe, Metronome, Nue.io, Workday Financials).
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into business systems.
- Salesforce Architect certifications.
