What you will do

• Craft and execute innovative strategies to streamline contracting and post-booking journeys, transforming manual workflows into scalable productized solutions.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Groups Contracting, Group Support, RevOps, and hirify.globalering to deliver seamless experiences for internal teams and end customers.
• Lead the vision and roadmap for automating post-booking processes, enhancing internal and customer-facing tools, including opportunities to integrate AI.
• Monitor and interpret key KPIs around contract cycle time, commission collection, and operational efficiency, turning insights into clear recommendations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in product management or tooling-focused roles, ideally with post-booking, post-sale, or later-funnel workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to untangle complex, manual processes and transform them into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
• Comfortable working closely with cross-functional partners (operations, contracting, support, RevOps) and using data to drive decisions.
• Readiness to dive into the details of current workflows and collaborate with multiple teams to design solutions that improve efficiency and increase revenue capture.

Nice to have

• Experience building or optimizing internal tools/admin experiences, or exposure to AI-driven workflows (e.g., interpreting documents or contracts).
