TL;DR

Head of Product, Core Experiences Platform (AI): Overseeing and driving the Core Experiences platform products and team, shaping AI-first customer journeys for payroll and HR services with an accent on abstracting complexity and enabling cohesive cross-product workflows. Focus on defining a new vision and strategy, leveraging AI as a co-builder, and institutionalizing AI-native practices across teams.

Location: Remote within the US and Canada, or hybrid 2-3 days per week from hirify.global offices in Denver, San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, or Toronto.

Salary: $206,000/yr to $248,000/yr in Denver & most major metro locations, and $243,000/yr to $292,000/yr for San Francisco, Seattle & New York.

What you will do

  • Own the vision and strategy for Core Experiences platform teams and product experiences, defining solvable problems and building competitive advantage.
  • Identify common threads across all product areas that can be addressed by Core Experience platform offerings to create durable competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Service Delivery, Marketing, and Finance to align on strategy and bring the vision to life.
  • Drive execution with end-to-end ownership, using AI as a co-builder to create customer-loved solutions.
  • Institutionalize and scale AI-native practices across teams, leading the design and adoption of AI-powered workflows and coaching PMs and partners.

Requirements

  • Possess 10+ years of hands-on product development leadership experience within an R&D team.
  • Direct prior platform product leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated Platform experience with a combination of systems thinking, user empathy, and a vision-driven approach to product management.
  • Proven track record of driving impact with both 0 to 1 and at-scale products within a multi-product company.
  • Expertise in identifying and understanding patterns across interconnected systems.
  • Experienced in building with modern AI systems, from prompting and fine-tuning to shipping reliable, user-facing experiences.
