Location: Must be located in Detroit, Michigan, and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped monthly variable compensation

What you will do

  • Spend approximately 4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers within your territory.
  • Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
  • Build trust and convert leads into referral partners for patient nutrition care.
  • Develop long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff, ensuring the entire office supports patient referrals.
  • Help shape the Provider Partnerships function by refining processes and sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Detroit, Michigan.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up.
  • Strong professional presence and ability to influence across an entire office, from physicians to staff.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with learning new systems.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
