Partner Manager (HR Tech): Running and shaping channel partnership programs in the UK, supporting company growth and revenue objectives with an accent on recruiting new HR Advisory partners and managing existing business. Location: Hybrid, based in the UK. Temporary remote work from anywhere in the world for up to 2 months is allowed after 6 months of employment.

What you will do
- Drive accelerated growth in the UK region through consistent and thoughtful partner engagement strategies.
- Recruit and manage a pipeline of new partners, including HR Consultancies, Advisory partners, HRIS experts, System Integrators, and Employment Services businesses.
- Ensure partner success from onboarding to becoming productive pipeline and revenue-driving partners.
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for managing and growing a portfolio of partner accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with Tech Partner managers, sales, and customer success teams to leverage relationships and ensure seamless experiences.
- Organize and host partner engagement and marketing activities, including co-marketing campaigns and webinars.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Partner Management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Direct experience in the UK region.
- Experience managing partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle and owning a pipe gen or revenue target.
- Ability to efficiently identify best-fit partners and develop effective partner engagement strategies.
- Experience working with partner marketing for defining, aligning, and executing joint measures.
- Comfortable with building a partner book of business from scratch.
- Willingness to travel as required.
