GSI Partner Alliance Manager (EMEA): Developing joint go-to-market strategies and fostering strong relationships with GSI partners across EMEA with an accent on partner enablement, pipeline growth, and alignment with internal stakeholders. Focus on driving partner success through training, resource allocation, and collaboration, ultimately contributing to revenue generation and customer retention.

Location: Willingness to travel approximately 25-35%.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with assigned partners, focusing on growth, new customer acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships to ensure frictionless engagement and long-term growth.
  • Drive partner enablement by providing necessary training, resources, and tools.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, engineering, and global alliance leaders to identify and pursue customer opportunities.
  • Track and report partner performance, pipeline, and forecast updates.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns to generate new pipeline and achieve investment results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a GSI Channel or Account manager, preferably with a SaaS/ISV organization.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and partner-led GTM models.
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives.
  • Experience owning, driving, and managing partnerships against quarterly targets.
  • Excellent communicator and active listener with a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to have

  • Experience growing partnerships in EMEA with HCL, TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, or Kyndryl.
  • Background in observability or cybersecurity.
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
