What you will do
- Forge relationships with new partners and train them to achieve desired results for their client base.
- Manage the onboarding process with partners for customer account configuration and product training.
- Monitor customer usage, adoption, and health metrics to assist partners.
- Perform periodic business and strategic engagement reviews with partners and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Pricing Specialists for customer renewals, add-ons, and upgrades.
- Meet and exceed bookings targets and quotas, maintaining CRM administration.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
- Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager preferred.
- General understanding of Channel Partners, including Resellers, Distributors, and Managed Service Providers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and superior customer service.
- Must be able to work from London or Leeds, England.
