TL;DR

Senior Marketing GTM Manager (Go-To-Market): Supporting execution and optimization of US Go-To-Market strategy with an accent on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and growth through cohesive campaigns and paid media optimization. Focus on connecting brand messaging, product positioning, acquisition programs, and shaping scalable processes for the US market.

Location: Hybrid in New York City, US (minimum of 2-3 days a week from the office)

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

  • Contribute to US GTM Strategy and alignment of product marketing, brand messaging, and acquisition programs.
  • Optimize and manage paid acquisition campaigns and budgets to support US growth goals.
  • Define and improve US market processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with the Product team to share US market insights and inform GTM initiatives.
  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels.
  • Support strategic direction and execution of acquisition and nurturing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B growth marketing or acquisition, with a dedicated focus on the US market.
  • Hands-on expertise in Paid Acquisition channels (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic).
  • Experience managing campaigns and budgets.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot/Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and basic LTV analysis.
