Location: The job is explicitly for San Francisco, CA, United States. It is a hybrid role, requiring individuals to work from the office 3 days a week at one of hirify.global's hub locations (San Francisco, CA, Denver, CO, Nashville, TN, or Santiago, Chile). A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a hub.

Salary: $128,000 – $150,000 USD (Base Salary / On-target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Create strategies to fuel growth across the partner ecosystem and develop joint marketing plans.
  • Own campaign execution with partners across channels like email, webinars, events, and paid social.
  • Craft compelling co-marketing copy in collaboration with partners and internal teams.
  • Identify and pilot new initiatives with partners using marketing development funds.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and integrate them into Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Measure and analyze co-marketing activity performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing in the B2B SaaS space, preferably focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful partner marketing programs and building win-win relationships.
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Courage to take initiative and evaluate new program types.
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey through and with partners.
  • Cross-functional leadership and experience driving alignment across different teams.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM & digital marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Looker.
