What you will do
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored for the US market across multiple channels including digital, social, and traditional media.
- Develop and maintain strong brand positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with US consumers.
- Collaborate with Product teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement through growth and lifecycle campaigns.
- Manage relationships with creative and media agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Aggregate market insights and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies aligned with hirify.global’s brand.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with US regulatory requirements and report on key performance metrics.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New York or San Francisco, United States.
- Proven experience marketing financial or tech products to US consumers.
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics, channel mix, and growth marketing tactics.
- Experience working in both early-stage startups and larger organizations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing leadership.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear messaging and brand consistency.
