hirify.global is a leading fintech company building a customer-focused digital banking platform with over 13 million UK customers and expanding in the US.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored for the US market across multiple channels including digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Develop and maintain strong brand positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with US consumers.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement through growth and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with creative and media agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery.
  • Aggregate market insights and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies aligned with hirify.global’s brand.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with US regulatory requirements and report on key performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in New York or San Francisco, United States.
  • Proven experience marketing financial or tech products to US consumers.
  • Strong understanding of campaign metrics, channel mix, and growth marketing tactics.
  • Experience working in both early-stage startups and larger organizations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear messaging and brand consistency.
