Location: Remote within the UK, specifically field-based in the Preston territory

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers within your defined territory.
  • Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Utilize effective, value-led sales approaches to win new business and achieve performance targets.
  • Develop strong knowledge across hirify.global’s products and solutions.
  • Share insights from the field to help improve products and customer experience.
  • Build positive, long-term customer relationships that support growth and retention.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role.
  • Confidence engaging with new people and building rapport.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with resilience.
  • A strong willingness to learn and continuously develop.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • English: C1 (Fluency in English required).
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
