What you will do

• Support Business Development Directors in executing go-to-market strategies.
• Build and execute engaging 'cold' lead generation campaigns, creating targeted lists and refining messaging.
• Nurture existing prospects within the pipeline, ensuring engagement and progression to qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to increase the success of digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide sales support for events, conferences, and other related activities.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German and English.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.
• Solution-oriented, driven to succeed, and inquisitive.
• Good understanding of business, comfortable working independently and within a team.
