hirify.global is a profitable fintech company providing a financial and revenue operating system for primary care practices, supporting over 6,000 dental practices across the UK.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a pure outbound sales pipeline from first contact to close.
  • Prospect and engage dental practice owners, managers, and group stakeholders.
  • Run structured, consultative discovery calls focused on practice goals, setup, and success criteria.
  • Sell plan migrations, bulk transfers, and conversion strategies with a focus on operational confidence.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations using practice-specific data and scenarios.
  • Sign £20k–£30k+ in new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) every month.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or payments.
  • Strong outbound sales background and track record selling remotely over video.
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance-driven environments.
  • Confident in managing your own pipeline and close cadence.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences or key meetings.

Nice to have

  • Experience with subscription products, migrations, or process change.
  • Exposure to regulated or technical products.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
