What you will do
- Build and manage a pure outbound sales pipeline from first contact to close.
- Prospect and engage dental practice owners, managers, and group stakeholders.
- Run structured, consultative discovery calls focused on practice goals, setup, and success criteria.
- Sell plan migrations, bulk transfers, and conversion strategies with a focus on operational confidence.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations using practice-specific data and scenarios.
- Sign £20k–£30k+ in new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) every month.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or payments.
- Strong outbound sales background and track record selling remotely over video.
- Experience working in high-growth, performance-driven environments.
- Confident in managing your own pipeline and close cadence.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences or key meetings.
Nice to have
- Experience with subscription products, migrations, or process change.
- Exposure to regulated or technical products.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
