What you will do

• Define and own the vision and roadmap for the core Agentic Framework, ensuring flexibility for diverse use cases.
• Lead the development of reusable agent libraries and SDKs in partnership with engineers and architects.
• Champion a "Platform First" architecture, defining requirements for extensible execution lifecycles.
• Drive product definition for advanced orchestration capabilities, including multi-step planning execution.
• Design and execute strategies for agent observability to ensure traceability, monitor plan validity, and maintain performance.
• Collaborate and influence roadmaps across senior leaders and mentor other Product Managers on technical fluency and platform thinking.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Deep understanding and significant hands-on experience defining strategy for and shipping products leveraging LLM-based agentic systems or workflow orchestration at scale.
• Strong technical hirify.globalion; comfortable engaging deeply with engineering on framework design, API contracts, state management, and the software lifecycle of AI agents.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and strategic narratives.
• Customer obsession for both end-users and internal developer customers.
• Bachelor’s degree required, with a focus in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative/technical field preferred.
