What you will do

• Own the product strategy and vision for Navigator, defining the multi-quarter roadmap for agentic platforms and conversational interfaces.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers, establishing role expectations and a data-driven culture.
• Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, and Design leaders to execute complex cross-functional roadmaps with speed and quality.
• Define and measure business outcomes through success metrics for engagement and retention using performance dashboards.
• Act as an internal thought leader for agentic AI product strategy, representing the product direction to senior stakeholders.
• Drive alignment between Commercial, Customer Success, and Engineering leadership to manage trade-offs and priorities.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Location: Required to be in the office 5 days a week in New York.
• 8+ years of product management experience within SaaS, enterprise, or cloud-based solutions.
• 4+ years of experience managing or mentoring other product managers.
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML or conversational AI products in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI architectures, including LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent patterns.
• Domain knowledge or passion for private capital markets (VC, PE, M&A).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
