What you will do

• Drive product profitability and performance by managing the short and long-term outcomes of the AI product portfolio.
• Develop AI product strategy, requirements, and use cases, specifically focusing on Agentic AI and emerging technologies.
• Design and launch AI products utilizing LLMs, prompt engineering, and multi-modal models on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align product vision with business objectives and maximize business value.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics to identify trends and drive progress on identified strategies.
• Oversee product development in partnership with Product Owners to enable faster speed to market.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software solutions or product management.
• Proven track record of leading AI products from inception to launch.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI platforms (e.g., Google ADK, Microsoft Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock).
• Deep understanding of AI limitations, governance standards, and responsible AI processes.
• Ability to lead in-depth technical discussions on system design, scalability, performance, and security.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, Business, or Software Engineering (Master's preferred).
