Location: This is a 100% in-office role based at our Rochester, NY location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.

Salary: Base pay range: $59,600 - $85,100/yr.

What you will do

• Supervise the operations of your designated team and delegate work assignments.
• Provide training, coaching, and development for new and existing team members.
• Facilitate business and team updates through regular meetings and 1:1s.
• Provide input and recommendations to managers on performance management and promotional opportunities.
• Handle escalated client/departmental issues and determine resolutions.
• Act as a technical resource for the Implementation Department and update tools/documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum three years experience in Payroll Implementation required.
• Experience with Access, Excel, Millennium Payroll, and SQL required.
• Must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type for extended periods.
• Must be able to work on-site five days per week in Rochester, NY.
