What you will do

• Ensure the efficient and timely execution of all essential aspects of client onboarding, from project initiation to launch.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
• Contribute to designing and implementing scalable and efficient systems and processes.
• Breakdown challenging business problems and own their execution and outcomes.
• Oversee the entire project management process, ensuring timely onboarding and continuous improvement of key metrics.
• Drive operational metrics and proactively solve emerging business problems.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
• Comfortable working with data and proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Expertise in project management, including deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in an autonomous environment, prioritizing tasks, and identifying internal and external blockers.
• Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success.
• Commitment to delivering customer value by thoroughly understanding clients' use cases and aligning them with hirify.global's best practices.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams to address client needs.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Retool and Google Suite.
• Experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space.
