Technical Account Manager (Ad-Tech)

What you will do

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Marketplace customers from technical validation and onboarding through daily management and strategic planning.
• Support the sales team in technical pitches and identify opportunities to grow client business.
• Contribute to strategic working groups by providing insights to improve current product offerings.
• Regularly test and review customer integrations to ensure operational excellence and performance.
• Serve as a consultant to strategic partners, providing solutions to address business challenges.
• Develop a deep technical understanding of Index’s product offerings and work with developers to build new tools.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years' experience working within Ad-Tech in a Senior Technical role.
• Advanced knowledge of OpenRTB specifications and DSP/Adserver methodologies.
• Ability to understand REST API documentation and use related API services.
• Expert knowledge of SQL, JSON, and experience querying complex datasets.
• Experience managing large projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in different global regions.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and scrape Kafka topics and parse Audit log data.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kafka and other data streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker and Redash.
• Automation and scripting experience.
