What you will do
- Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives.
- Define and standardize internal processes, reporting, training, and documentation for scalability.
- Ensure efficient and timely execution of internal operations projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Billing, and Account Management teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for largest and most complex accounts, managing client relationships and maximizing retention.
- Help junior team members manage client relationships and act as an escalation point.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
- Experience leading others in client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
- Expertise in project management, deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to breakdown complex business problems and own execution and outcomes.
- Commitment to understanding client use cases and aligning with best practices.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
- Position requires 5 days on-site in Mountain View, CA headquarters.
- Travel (10-20%) is required.

- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
