Salary: $80,000–$120,000 (plus equity)

What you will do

  • Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives.
  • Define and standardize internal processes, reporting, training, and documentation for scalability.
  • Ensure efficient and timely execution of internal operations projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Billing, and Account Management teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for largest and most complex accounts, managing client relationships and maximizing retention.
  • Help junior team members manage client relationships and act as an escalation point.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
  • Experience leading others in client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
  • Expertise in project management, deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to breakdown complex business problems and own execution and outcomes.
  • Commitment to understanding client use cases and aligning with best practices.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
  • Position requires 5 days on-site in Mountain View, CA headquarters.
  • Travel (10-20%) is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Prior startup experience.
