TL;DR

Salary: $4,960–$5,600 USD per month.

What you will do

  • Manage on-site and virtual interview scheduling, including candidate travel arrangements.
  • Enhance candidate experience through proactive scheduling and follow-up communication.
  • Provide administrative support, handling sensitive documents and expense reimbursements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries and troubleshoot issues with the Greenhouse ATS.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, hiring managers, and recruiters to streamline global recruitment efforts.
  • Assist with support requests and operations/research projects.

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or similar.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite applications.
  • Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity or experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
