What you will do

• Recruit top-tier engineering and business talent.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and conduct reference checks.
• Build strong pipelines and proactively source passive candidates.
• Manage and expand diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Collect and analyze recruiting funnel data to recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience as a recruiter at a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
• Proven record of recruiting top talent for hardware or software engineering.
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.
• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required.
