Location: Remote (USA). Applicants located within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office are required to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $6,400–$9,600 USD per month (based on $40-60/hour annual US hourly range).

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate experience.
• Conduct recruitment intake sessions and proactively find, engage, and activate passive candidates via sourcing methods.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates from both active and passive markets.
• Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interviewers and hiring managers.
• Regularly track pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with internal partners.
• Drive the offer process, negotiating offers and partnering with Compensation, HR, and Onboarding teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology company or agency environment.
• 5+ years experience sourcing and recruiting in at least two of the following domains: IT, Engineering, Product, Data Science, or Design.
• Proficient with handling 10+ job openings simultaneously.
• Strong sales ability and sharp interview skills to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
• Must be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to pick up new roles spanning both business and technology.
• Must be based in the USA.
