What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews, providing necessary details and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Liaise with executive administrative business partners to schedule interviews with company executives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for interview scheduling inquiries and troubleshooting scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date interview schedules in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and calendar management software.
  • Actively respond across various channels of communications (emails, group threads, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relative experience.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
  • Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking systems.
  • Quick adopter to technology and process.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Executive scheduling experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, including Gmail for communication and calendar management.
  • Experience using Zoom for video conferencing and remote interviews.
  • Experience with Gem Scheduling.
  • Familiarity with Slack or similar collaboration tools for team communication and coordination.
