What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process for candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews, providing necessary details and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Liaise with executive administrative business partners to schedule interviews with company executives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for interview scheduling inquiries and troubleshooting scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date interview schedules in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and calendar management software.
- Actively respond across various channels of communications (emails, group threads, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relative experience.
- Minimum 2 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking systems.
- Quick adopter to technology and process.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Executive scheduling experience.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, including Gmail for communication and calendar management.
- Experience using Zoom for video conferencing and remote interviews.
- Experience with Gem Scheduling.
- Familiarity with Slack or similar collaboration tools for team communication and coordination.
