TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract): Supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving recruiting team and delivering a high-quality candidate experience with an accent on end-to-end coordination of virtual and onsite interviews, logistics, and data accuracy. Focus on managing job postings, maintaining accurate candidate data, and acting as a primary point of contact for candidates and stakeholders.
Location: This position is 100% in-office in Livingston, NJ / New York, NY. Due to U.S. Government export regulations, candidates must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

What you will do
- Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for both virtual and onsite interviews.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by supporting in-person interview days.
- Manage job postings and requisition creation within Greenhouse.
- Maintain accurate candidate data across systems (Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence).
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across time zones and teams.
- Proficient with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs), Zoom, and Slack.
- Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Skilled at building relationships and communicating effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Must be a U.S. person to conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to export controlled information.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting technical or G&A recruiting teams.
- Familiarity with Notion or other collaborative workflow tools.
- Exposure to HR systems and project-based TA initiatives.
