What you will do
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact during activation periods, escalating strategic or commercial decisions as needed.
- Ensure scope clarity and protect game team bandwidth by identifying misalignments or unrealistic timelines.
- Act as a liaison between clients and hirify.global game teams, ensuring accountability for project action items and deliverables.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis on data to provide actionable insights and present results to clients.
- Ensure projects adhere to internal processes and timelines, assisting in documenting partnership team procedures.
- Assist the partnerships team in creative concepting for upcoming projects and identifying opportunities with new and existing brands.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account or project management roles.
- Strong gaming knowledge, preferably in UGC platforms (Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work across regions and timezones, specifically EST/PST hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.
- Prior experience in account management for a gaming company or agency.
- Experience managing AAA organizations or large agency partners.
- Familiarity with Roblox or visual creative skills (deck design, Adobe).
