What you will do
- Contribute to revenue goals through high-potential partnerships and publisher optimization.
- Proactively research and identify new, high-quality partnerships based on client needs and industry trends.
- Manage relationships and optimize opportunities with top publishers, acting as an extension of client businesses.
- Create and own recruitment and paid placement strategies, including negotiation of terms and campaign setup.
- Pitch innovative opportunities, demonstrating persuasiveness and a data-driven approach.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in client verticals and partner relationships across the organization.
Requirements
- Must reside in UK and hold a valid passport for international travel.
- Fluent in English (C1+) and knowledge of the digital UK Market.
- 4+ years in business development, account management, or marketing, with enterprise client experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals in performance or affiliate marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable leading client-facing presentations and managing complex decisions through organizations.
