What you will do

• Supervise sales opportunities and coordinate quotes and in-progress orders.
• Provide customer service and account record management in CRM.
• Prepare documentation and liaise with customers and internal departments.
• Assist the Sales Director with day-to-day tasks, including presentations and information collection.
• Maintain the quote process and assist with order crafting and processing documentation.
• Follow up on order status, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with logistics and quality personnel.

Requirements

• Intermediate computer literacy with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Business degree, business diploma, or relevant qualification.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Effective project planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and capacity to work autonomously.
• Understanding of business concepts including marketing, sales methodology, and operational efficiencies.

Nice to have

• French proficiency is highly appreciated.
