What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor for hirify.global solutions with an established client portfolio
- Maintain and grow revenue through renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling
- Drive negotiation, contracting, and approval processes independently
- Coordinate account planning and align with internal sales resources
- Prospect, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline to meet annual targets
- Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing to increase retention and win-back clients
Requirements
- Must be located in Canada or able to work remotely from Canada
- 8-12 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or services sales
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Proven track record of managing complex sales and multiple senior stakeholders
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills in English
- Willingness to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time
