TL;DR

Account Executive II (Sales): Responsible for selling hirify.global products and services to new and existing clients, with an accent on maintaining and expanding revenue through renewals, win-backs, cross-sells, and up-sells. Focus on identifying new client needs, developing strong client relationships, and managing complex deal negotiations.

Location: Remote within Western Canada, with an expectation to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on hirify.global solutions to an established client portfolio.
  • Maintain and expand revenue through successful renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling existing business.
  • Manage end-to-end negotiation, contracting, and approval processes for deals.
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities to exceed annual objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Client Success and Marketing to increase client retention.
  • Complete required D&B certifications and maintain consistent data in SFDC for planning and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of eight years prior experience in an enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales role.
  • Impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and exceeding annual quotas.
  • Ability to rapidly assess client environments from a business process, organizational, and technological perspective.
  • Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in sales methodology, Salesforce, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
