What you will do
- Support the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and growth of the TPW client segment in Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Develop and maintain a coordinated marketing calendar, harmonizing globally planned initiatives with local amplification and events.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate regional events, sponsorships, and roadshows in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Augment regionally planned campaigns and product launches with locally tailored initiatives, leveraging various channels including email and paid media.
- Partner with Content & Product Marketing to deliver a content calendar, including content creation, translation, and distribution for clients.
- Measure and report on day-to-day and campaign-related marketing impact, delivering clear Marketing Return on Investment (MROI) and optimizing approaches.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a similar role within a leading financial institution with an outstanding track record.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
- Knowledge of the asset management industry, including clients, products, regulations, and competitors.
- Understanding of distribution channels and client touchpoints within banks or other financial distribution platforms.
- An understanding of all marketing mediums, including digital, social, and collateral.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS).
