What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities from inbound and marketing leads to meet sales pipeline targets.
- Discover customer pain points and use cases, mapping them to hirify.global solutions.
- Qualify Enterprise sales opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives.
- Manage and track sales activities and results using Salesforce.
- Contribute to the creation and iteration of team processes.
- Develop customer-centric sales skills and become an expert in hirify.global’s products.
Requirements
- Russian language proficiency required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR or similar role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn technical concepts and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London, UK or Lisbon, Portugal.
