What you will do
- Source new sales opportunities in the Great Lakes Region through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
- Manage existing customer accounts and develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
- Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, sales managers, and sales engineers to build pipeline and close deals
- Present, promote, and sell products to prospective and existing customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within scheduled timelines
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Illinois, USA, with strong consideration for Chicagoland-based candidates
- 2+ years of proven sales experience with strong closing skills
- Ability to articulate product features and answer customer questions
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
