Senior Key Account Manager (SaaS): Owning and growing a portfolio of 100+ mid-market and enterprise clients across tech, fintech, retail, healthcare, and professional services with an accent on upsell, win-back, and expansion opportunities. Focus on leading complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder negotiations, and securing renewals while reducing churn.

Location: Paris, France (hybrid, remote work allowed)

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 100+ existing clients, driving ARR and NRR through upsell, win-back, and expansion.
  • Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expand accounts into new subsidiaries or scopes.
  • Secure renewals, mitigate churn risks, and lead recovery plans.
  • Handle complex sales cycles, negotiations with senior stakeholders, and challenging commercial conversations.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to maximize client value and business impact.
  • Maintain pipeline management, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and contribute to team processes.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years total experience, including 3+ years as Account Manager or Key Account Manager (Account Executive background a plus).
  • Experience with mid-market or larger accounts, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proven skills in portfolio growth via upsell, expansion, retention, complex sales cycles, and negotiations.
  • Track record of high performance, entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and team spirit.
  • Comfortable with senior stakeholders, multi-layered strategies, and difficult client conversations.
