What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 100+ existing clients, driving ARR and NRR through upsell, win-back, and expansion.
- Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expand accounts into new subsidiaries or scopes.
- Secure renewals, mitigate churn risks, and lead recovery plans.
- Handle complex sales cycles, negotiations with senior stakeholders, and challenging commercial conversations.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to maximize client value and business impact.
- Maintain pipeline management, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and contribute to team processes.
Requirements
- 5-8 years total experience, including 3+ years as Account Manager or Key Account Manager (Account Executive background a plus).
- Experience with mid-market or larger accounts, ideally in SaaS.
- Proven skills in portfolio growth via upsell, expansion, retention, complex sales cycles, and negotiations.
- Track record of high performance, entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and team spirit.
- Comfortable with senior stakeholders, multi-layered strategies, and difficult client conversations.
