What you will do

• Utilize diverse sourcing techniques (social media, networking, job boards, referrals) to identify qualified IT candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies for specific IT roles.
• Employ advanced Boolean search and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to engage passive IT candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage with candidates through personalized outreach and conduct initial screening assessments.
• Track and report sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Drive operational efficiencies in a high-volume recruiting environment and provide a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and five years of IT talent sourcing experience OR High School Diploma/GED and nine years of IT talent sourcing experience.
• Five years of combined IT sourcing experience across Corporate, Agency, or RPO environments.
• Advanced English level proficiency (Native/C1).
• Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Nice to have

• Experience using Workday for recruiting/sourcing.
• Experience as an IT Talent Sourcer in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Advanced experience with Boolean search strings and other search methods.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Recruiting CRM’s, and other HR software.
