What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates using creative sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Y-combinator networking).
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening, phone screens, interview coordination, feedback gathering, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles to ensure quick access to qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience by guiding applicants with transparency, consistency, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting within a high-growth tech startup environment is a must.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles across various departments.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools; Lever experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the technology and AI space is highly desirable.
