Their clients typically hire engineers from companies like Palantir, Stripe, Ramp, and similar top-tier environments.
Now they’re looking for a Technical Sourcer focused purely on identifying exceptional software engineers.
This is a sourcing-only role — no sales, no client management, no closing.
Your mission: build high-quality, high-signal pipelines.
What You’ll Do
— Source exceptional software engineers across LinkedIn, GitHub, X, and technical platforms
— Use advanced Boolean and X-ray search techniques
— Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines
— Evaluate technical strength and relevance of profiles
— Collaborate closely with the founder to support active searches
What You’ll Need
— 1+ year sourcing technical / software engineering talent
— Strong ability to identify high-quality technical profiles
— Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, or similar platforms
— Strong research skills and attention to detail
— Ability to work independently
Strong Plus
— Experience sourcing for startups or high-growth companies
— Background sourcing backend, infrastructure, or systems engineers
— Familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, or competitive programming communities
— Experience in technical recruiting or talent research
