What you will do
- Own end-to-end hiring across GTM functions in EMEA and the US.
- Partner with Sales and Customer leaders to define hiring plans aligned to revenue targets.
- Run structured, high-quality interview processes that protect candidate experience.
- Proactively source senior commercial talent in competitive markets.
- Advise hiring managers on market insights, compensation benchmarks, and talent strategy.
- Build diverse, high-caliber pipelines for strategic roles.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on GTM recruitment.
- Experience hiring across Sales, CS, Account Management, and Solutions roles.
- Proven success recruiting in SaaS / technology environments.
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple regions (EMEA and US preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with VP/C-level leaders.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to influence using insights.
