What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (AE, SE, CSM, SDR, Sales Leadership, RevOps, etc.).
• Partner with GTM leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, performance profiles, and team composition goals.
• Build proactive pipelines of top-tier SaaS revenue talent.
• Source passive candidates across competitive enterprise software markets.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within GTM hiring.
• Manage offer strategy and negotiations in partnership with HR and hiring leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on GTM roles.
• Proven experience hiring enterprise SaaS sales talent (closing AEs, SEs, Sales Leaders).
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions (enterprise, mid-market, PLG-assisted, channel).
• Experience recruiting quota-carrying roles with performance-based evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
