TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (SaaS): Own full-cycle recruitment for global go-to-market roles across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Support, Success, Finance, and People with an accent on sourcing top individual contributors and lower-level management. Focus on building pipelines, conducting structured interviews, providing market insights, and ensuring time-to-fill and hiring quality.

Location: Fully remote, office-based in Toronto, Barcelona, Prague, or Bratislava, or hybrid depending on the team. Comfortable working across international markets.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to signed offer
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define requirements and strategy
  • Actively source and build pipelines for outbound recruitment
  • Manage inbound pipelines and conduct structured interviews
  • Provide market insights, advise managers, and participate in employer branding
  • Own IC-level and lower management roles across multiple functions

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1+)
  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, especially international Sales roles
  • Strong sourcing mindset and outbound recruitment skills
  • Comfortable in international markets
  • Collaborative, curious, driven, and commercially aware

Nice to have

  • SaaS experience
