What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to signed offer.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
- Actively source and build pipelines, managing inbound applications efficiently.
- Conduct structured interviews and ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
- Provide market insights and participate in employer branding initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers, advising and influencing hiring processes.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house preferred).
- Proven experience hiring internationally.
- Strong sourcing mindset and confidence in outbound recruitment.
- Comfortable working across international markets.
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Curious, driven, and commercially aware.
