Location: Fully remote (global). Hybrid options available from offices in Bratislava, Prague, Toronto, or Barcelona.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to signed offer.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
  • Actively source and build pipelines, managing inbound applications efficiently.
  • Conduct structured interviews and ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Provide market insights and participate in employer branding initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers, advising and influencing hiring processes.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house preferred).
  • Proven experience hiring internationally.
  • Strong sourcing mindset and confidence in outbound recruitment.
  • Comfortable working across international markets.
  • Fluent English (C1+).
  • Curious, driven, and commercially aware.
