What you will do

• Lead 2-4 active searches per month, primarily supporting GTM and G&A functions.
• Directly partner with GTM and G&A hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
• Effectively evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates, soliciting feedback to refine search strategy.
• Implement and optimize structured interviewing processes to ensure a fair, data-driven hiring experience.
• Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring seamless communication and a strong employer brand.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house recruitment team.
• Experience hiring for tech startups across Series A-D.
• Exceptional sourcing skills, market mapping, and experience in effective outreach targeting passive candidates.
• Strong project management, planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills with a consultative style.
