Location: Remote (US) - Must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states to be eligible for hire: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington. US applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. hirify.global does not sponsor or support any immigration processing.

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own social media presence for hirify.global and QRCG, from strategy to publishing and performance.
  • Support product launches and marketing campaigns through social amplification and coordination.
  • Monitor trends, sentiment, and conversations to surface insights and escalate sensitive issues.
  • Create and adapt engaging visual assets, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Manage hirify.global’s Reddit program and evaluate emerging community platforms.
  • Track and report on performance across social and community channels, delivering insights.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience managing social media and/or online communities for B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven products.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Proven ability to own social channels end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and engagement.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, adaptable to various platforms and audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively cross-functionally.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
