What you will do
- Own, shape, and evolve the Sawhorse brand identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive voice and visual look.
- Capture in-the-moment footage in-office and on set, producing consistent Reels, BTS clips, and short-form content.
- Develop content that showcases company culture, people, internal moments, and project journeys to strengthen brand identity.
- Plan and execute high-level marketing initiatives, including campaigns, event tie-ins, and press moments.
- Attend shoots, events, and conferences to capture content, provide live coverage, and amplify company visibility.
- Manage awards calendars, submissions, case study development, and promotion of nominations and wins.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, and social strategy within creative/production agencies or entertainment studios.
- Deep understanding of social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and strong intuition for trends and engagement drivers.
- Skilled at capturing, editing, and producing short-form content on mobile devices.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of brand storytelling.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills to craft compelling captions and narrative content.
- Based in Los Angeles with consistent in-office presence and availability for shoots, events, and in-person storytelling.
Nice to have
- Experience working within creative agencies or production studios.
- Understanding of UGC gaming, Roblox, or interactive content.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for light asset adjustments.
