Technical Social Influence and Advocacy Manager (AI): Shaping conversations around service orchestration, automation, and AI-driven workflows by engaging with technical communities and experts with an accent on elevating 's point of view in real-time discussions, strengthening credibility, and optimizing for AI-indexed search ecosystems. Focus on developing platform-specific engagement strategies and building peer relationships with technical influencers and SAP community leaders.
Location: Remote (United States), working ET or CT hours

What you will do
- Lead ’s active participation across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Quora and relevant technical communities, engaging in discussions around orchestration, automation, and AI.
- Develop and manage a YouTube strategy focused on technical storytelling, partnering with Product Marketing and Solution Engineering.
- Tailor engagement approaches by platform to meet technical audiences, including answering questions and hosting AMAs.
- Establish yourself as a credible, visible voice in public conversations around service orchestration, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
- Partner with SEO, Content, and Product Marketing to position ’s expertise where AI engines source insights (YouTube, Reddit, Quora, Stack Overflow).
- Monitor sentiment, audience discussions, and engagement patterns to inform GTM messaging, Product insights, and content priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years engaging technical audiences in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, ideally with experience in solution engineering, product management or technical product marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to participate credibly in technical conversations (automation, orchestration, AI workflows, SAP, cloud operations).
- Strong understanding of how authority is built in AI-indexed environments (YouTube, Reddit, Quora, Stack Overflow).
- Experience partnering closely with Product, Solution Engineering or Architecture teams to translate complex concepts.
- Familiarity with SAP ecosystems, integration or SAP modernization narratives (strongly preferred).
- Must be able to work ET or CT hours.
