What you will do

• Drive employee awareness and engagement through internal marketing and communications across email, intranet, and video.
• Support client-facing content needs by developing presentations and conference outreach materials.
• Develop and execute quarterly internal marketing communication plans aligned with business priorities.
• Create compelling, audience-specific content using plain language, storytelling, and multimedia.
• Manage intranet content architecture, homepage features, and navigation for currency and user-centricity.
• Create and refine pitch decks, client presentations, case study materials, and thought leadership visuals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in internal marketing, communications, and brand engagement across digital and multimedia channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Ability to create innovative marketing collateral for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in latest technologies, including AI tools, Microsoft 365 suite, advanced PowerPoint, and intermediate Excel.
• Experience with design and video tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva or Figma.
• AI fluency, including Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, ethical AI usage, and generative image/video tools.
• Strong creative storytelling skills and excellent editorial judgment.
