What you will do

• Plan, create, and deliver high-impact internal marketing and communications across multiple mediums including email, intranet, and video.
• Develop client-facing presentations and conference materials to extend brand influence externally.
• Execute quarterly internal marketing communication plans aligned with business priorities and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Manage intranet content architecture to ensure content is current, searchable, and user-centered.
• Create compelling, audience-specific content using storytelling and multimedia tools.
• Increase readership and engagement to improve understanding and awareness of services.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid environment with presence in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in internal marketing, communications, and brand engagement across digital and multimedia channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field; postgraduate or professional certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or Figma, and accessibility tools.
• Fluency with AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, and generative image/video tools.
• Strong creative storytelling skills and ability to translate complex topics into engaging narratives.
