What you will do
- Proactively prospect and engage physicians, nurses, and hospital stakeholders through high-volume outbound activity (cold calling, email, and social outreach).
- Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, uncover patient-care needs, and clinical/operational pain points.
- Qualify prospects by assessing fit, urgency, and interest, while clearly articulating hirify.global’s value proposition.
- Secure and coordinate high-quality introductory meetings for field sales partners.
- Build, track, and advance opportunities through the early stages of the sales funnel and maintain accurate records in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to execute outbound strategies and rapidly develop working knowledge of MedTech solutions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, outbound prospecting, cold calling, or customer-facing roles, OR an RN, BSN, or equivalent clinical background.
- Strong desire to break into MedTech / medical device sales.
- Must be able to work onsite in Portland, US.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and adapt messaging.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
Nice to have
- Experience in acute care, ICU, ED, neuro, or hospital-based settings.
