Focus on building foundational MedTech sales skills and navigating objections in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Onsite in Portland, West Coast, United States.

Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 USD

hirify.global is a medical technology company focused on transforming the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions with a novel, point-of-care electroencephalography (EEG) platform.

What you will do

  • Proactively prospect and engage physicians, nurses, and hospital stakeholders through high-volume outbound activity (cold calling, email, and social outreach).
  • Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, uncover patient-care needs, and clinical/operational pain points.
  • Qualify prospects by assessing fit, urgency, and interest, while clearly articulating hirify.global’s value proposition.
  • Secure and coordinate high-quality introductory meetings for field sales partners.
  • Build, track, and advance opportunities through the early stages of the sales funnel and maintain accurate records in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to execute outbound strategies and rapidly develop working knowledge of MedTech solutions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, outbound prospecting, cold calling, or customer-facing roles, OR an RN, BSN, or equivalent clinical background.
  • Strong desire to break into MedTech / medical device sales.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Portland, US.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and adapt messaging.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

Nice to have

  • Experience in acute care, ICU, ED, neuro, or hospital-based settings.
