What you will do

  • Proactively prospect by engaging physicians, nurses, and hospital stakeholders through high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, email, and social outreach to introduce hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Research target accounts through asking thoughtful questions to identify key stakeholders and uncover patient-care needs.
  • Engage prospects to assess fit, urgency, and interest while clearly articulating hirify.global’s value proposition.
  • Secure and coordinate high-quality introductory meetings for field sales partners, ensuring a strong handoff.
  • Build, track, and advance opportunities through the early stages of the sales funnel.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to execute outbound strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, outbound prospecting, cold calling, or customer-facing roles, or a clinical background (RN, BSN, or equivalent).
  • Strong desire to break into MedTech / medical device sales.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
