What you will do

• Develop and own the overall demand creation strategy.
• Determine the ideal mix of digital marketing, content, and events to maximize impact.
• Use data insights to continually assess and optimize campaign performance.
• Forecast, measure, and adjust campaigns, and be responsible for knowing campaign effectiveness KPIs.
• Develop a strong relationship with Sales teams to ensure alignment of demand generation efforts with growth goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10 Years of marketing, or related work experience.
• Experience owning complex, multi‑channel demand generation campaigns.
• Experience leading segmentation analysis, targeting strategy, and campaign design.
• Experience forecasting demand outcomes, owning KPI performance, and proactively optimizing programs based on data insights.
• Experience serving as a strategic partner to Sales.
