Head of B2B Integrated Campaigns (B2B): Leading the development and orchestration of full-funnel, revenue-driven marketing campaigns with an accent on integrated campaign strategy, ABM orchestration, and holistic search alignment. Focus on driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through cross-functional integration and data-informed performance optimization.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, California, United States). Employees are expected to come into the office 3-days a week.

Salary: $230,000–$275,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute full-funnel, multi-channel integrated campaigns aligned to revenue goals.
  • Partner with the ABM team to build scalable integrated programs supporting named account and segment-based strategies.
  • Work closely with SEO and SEM teams to align paid and organic strategy to campaign themes and drive consistent messaging.
  • Drive orchestration across digital marketing, content, events, lifecycle, sales enablement, and product marketing.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing Analytics to define campaign performance frameworks and measure influence on pipeline and revenue.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing integrated campaigns team, building scalable playbooks and repeatable processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, with significant experience in integrated campaigns and demand generation.
  • Proven experience owning revenue or pipeline targets.
  • Strong ABM experience in mid-market or enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of paid and organic search integration.
  • Experience partnering with analytics teams to drive data-informed optimization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Work in a hybrid model from the San Francisco Bay Area office 3 days a week.
