TL;DR

Senior Demand Generation Manager: Designing data-driven, multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline and bookings, optimize ROI, forecast performance, and partner with Sales to align leads and foster revenue growth with an accent on developing overall demand creation strategy and maximizing impact. Focus on continually assessing and optimizing campaign performance based on data insights and serving as a strategic partner to Sales.

Location: This role is based onsite in Arlington, VA, United States.

What you will do

  • Develop and own the end-to-end demand creation strategy, focusing on customer segments and market opportunities to drive new business and expansion bookings.
  • Determine the ideal mix of digital marketing, content, events, and other programs to maximize impact.
  • Utilize data insights to continually assess and optimize campaign performance and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Forecast, measure, and adjust campaigns, taking responsibility for campaign effectiveness KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales teams to ensure alignment of demand generation efforts with growth goals.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 Years of marketing or related work experience.
  • Experience independently owning complex, multi-channel demand generation campaigns with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Experience leading segmentation analysis, targeting strategy, and campaign design.
  • Experience forecasting demand outcomes, owning KPI performance, and proactively optimizing programs.
  • Experience serving as a strategic partner to Sales, influencing alignment on lead quality, funnel management, and growth priorities.
