What you will do

  • Lead and scale the enterprise sales business for the PerfectScale product line in North America.
  • Manage a team of approximately six Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Own regional revenue, pipeline generation, and forecast accuracy for North America PerfectScale.
  • Drive new enterprise logo acquisition and increase market penetration within target accounts.
  • Build and execute a regional Go-To-Market strategy focused on Kubernetes-heavy accounts.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex enterprise deals and lead pricing, approval, and negotiation strategy when required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives in a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding team revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for data-driven sales environments.
  • Strong business acumen and ownership mentality.
  • Exceptional coaching and people leadership skills with clear communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling Kubernetes-related, observability, or cloud optimization tools.
  • Experience building or scaling a new enterprise sales motion.
